A Little Link Love

Since I have been prepping to go on our little trip I haven't had time to type out the new recipes. I figured I couldn't leave you empty handed so here are a couple that I have tried and I think are delicious.

Pioneer Women's Favorite Sandwich (love this!)

Brie Stuffed Mushrooms (I make these any opportunity I get. No lie.)

Restaurant Style Salsa (I add 2 jalapenos, more onions and garlic and I increase the spices to 1/2 t. each. I like it better that way.)

Honey Lime Enchiladas (My cousin made these for us for dinner. While I would say that I normally am a fan of corn tortillas, I liked these quite a bit. They remind me of a smothered burrito. Kinda.)
